Love the old fleet photos,seems to be hard to find pics of the old rigs on the net these days.I learnt to drive in a F7, so they have sentimental value to me.
I am looking to buy and restore a F7 tractor unit and put it into local container work,what is the situation in the UK with locating one?,have they all been scrapped/yard shunters etc...where is a good place to try to track one down?
Living in Australia there are plenty still about but most being trays/tippers,very few tractor units as the bigger F10/12 filled that role.
Any leads/help appreciated.
